Cancellation & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions of Annex Publishers have to be accepted by the Author during Initial Submission and Final Submission and also have to be accepted by duly signing Author Declaration Form.

The author is already given ample time to consider publishing with us or not before making Payment or Final Submission.

Withdrawal in the initial stages or one week from the submission of the manuscript can be accepted without any objection.

In case of withdrawal after the completion of paper process, the author needs to pay 40% of the publication fee.

50 USD + Transaction Charges or $ 30 USD will be deducted If the author wishes to cancel the publication with us after completing Payment but is yet to complete Final Submission.

No Refund will be issued if Author wishes to cancel the publication with us after completing Payment and Final Submission / After Publication process is completed.
