Waivers Policy

Information about article processing charge waivers

Annex Publishers believes that lack of funds should not be a barrier to Open Access publication. Our Publication Fee Assistance program provides direct fee waivers for authors who cannot afford the publication fee. Waivers can be either partial or complete.
