Dr. Jack Ho Wong is working as a Research Associate in School of Biomedical Sciences, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He completed his PhD in Biochemistry at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2005. He has published over 80 peer-reviewed papers on antimicrobial proteins/peptides.
Dr. Jack Ho Wong’s research interests include Antimicrobial study, edible macro-fungi, anticancer agents, Chinese medicines, Lectins/hemagglutins and Others including Ribosome Inactivating Proteins, Trypsin Inhibitors, Melatonin and its Receptors, Polysaccharopeptide, RNase.
